1. Account Registration & Acceptable Use
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
- You agree not to use CampaigningTool for sending spam, unsolicited marketing messages, or violating Meta's official WhatsApp Business policies.
- You must obtain proper consent from end-users before initiating marketing messages on WhatsApp.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
CampaigningTool provides subscription plans and messaging utilities. Billing is billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected tier. All subscription purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.
3. Meta & WhatsApp Third-Party Compliance
CampaigningTool operates on Meta's Official WhatsApp Business API framework. Your use of WhatsApp messaging services must strictly adhere to Meta Business Terms and WhatsApp Commerce Policies. Account suspensions resulting from spamming or policy violations on Meta's side are the sole responsibility of the user.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CampaigningTool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
